PRESENTATION - CAREER:

Backed up with more than 40 years of professional career, he is specialized in Corporate and Civil Law.

​

Antonio gives advise and intervenes in bankruptcy procedures, as result of his former role as insolvency administrator.

​

He has been appointed administrator and judicial accountant in contentious proceedings.

​

He has also acted as real estate expert in company operations, appointed by Business Register.

​

Antonio has collaborated in article writing about manufacturer’s product liabilility, university education in Law, etc.

​

He was Assistant Lecturer ​at the Civil Law chair in the University of Barcelona, where he gave lessons of Civil Law (Family and Inheritance).

​

He took part of the conferences organised by Durán i Bas chair about Catalan Civil Law institutions.

​

Antonio is member of the Bar Association of Barcelona and the Bar Association of Balearic Islands.
