On the other hand, the data processing for fraud prevention purposes and sending of alerts and communications are based on the legitimate interest of the Office for said treatments in accordance with current regulations, being essential to provide the Service.

 

The consents obtained for the aforementioned purposes are independent, so one or more of them may be revoked, not affecting the others.

 

DATA COMMUNICATION

 

In general, personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except legal obligation, which may include communications to Public Administrations, State Security Forces and Bodies, Banks and Financial Entities for charging contracted services, to other companies and professionals with whom the Office collaborates for internal administrative purposes and the management of contracted services, Fraud Prevention Systems, the Ombudsman, Judges and Courts.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation about the treatment their data is being carried out by BALAGUÉ-SALA.
