PRESENTATION - CAREER:

 

Javier has wide experience in Tax Law, especially of Basque Country and the Basque  Economic Agreement, on which he developes his professional activity for more than 30 years.

 

He has been Chief of the Legal Advice Department and Managing Director of the Regional Treasury of Bizkaia.

​

He also worked as National Expert in the General Direction of the European Comission's Indirect Taxation Department.

 

Member of the Arbitration Board provided by the Economic Agreement.

 

He usually collaborates in publications, courses and seminars.

 

Javier is member of the Bar Association of Bizkaia.
