PRESENTATION - CAREER:

Lluís Sala has developed his career, for more than twenty years, in several areas of Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law.

​

Regarding Commercial and Corporate Law, he usually deals with recurring advise, minutes drafting, shareholders’s meetings, operations over share capital and corporation life, shareholders’ private agreements, mergers and acquisitions, setting up and closing of companies, purchase and general commercial contracts.

​

As for Real Estate Law, Lluís manages all the process in relation to sale and purchase, donations, rental, Registration Law, horizontal or shared properties and other transactions (divisions, new construction declarations, etc.).

​

Regarding Inheritance Law, Lluís gives advise concerning wills, inheritance planning, family protocol, donations and inheritance implementation.

​

He is also expert in all taxation matters regarding the abovementioned operations, especially with regard to Inheritance and Gift Tax, Asset Transfer Tax, Tax on Increase in Urban Land, and Income Tax

​

He is member of the Bar Association of Barcelona.

Graduate Degree in Law by the University of Barcelona (1996)

Masters in Tax by Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2001)

​

Masters in Real Estate and Construction Law by Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2005-2006)
